Generac Sales Consultations & Installation Timeframes
We are currently scheduling our generator consultations 1-2 weeks in advance. Please reach out to us by filling out the quote request section on the “Contact” page via our website or call our office to book an appointment. Installations are currently booking for Spring 2026. Generac Maintenance and Service
Spring Maintenance
We have now sent all scheduling emails for our spring maintenance program which runs until the end of June. If you are already enrolled in our maintenance program, a representative from our office will automatically reach out to schedule a date when our technician will be in your area.
All Generac generators we install are automatically added to our maintenance program. If you are looking for maintenance on a Generac generator that we have not previously serviced, please reach out to us via our “Contact Us” page.
What does a Yellow Light on my Generac mean?
A yellow light will automatically appear on your generator following one year from installation or from last reset. This is simply a maintenance reminder, the generator will still continue to function during an outage. Our team will reset this light for you during the maintenance visit.
What does a Red Light on my Generac mean?
If the generator displays a red light, please contact our office with the error code number located on the screen of your generator so we may set up a service call with one of our technicians as soon as possible.
